    Hi, I’m Lisa Marston!

As the founder of Kenzen Psychotherapy, I am dedicated to helping individuals from all walks of life embrace their authentic selves and live their best lives. The name “Kenzen” means “soundness,” reflecting my commitment to fostering a state of well-being. In my practice, we will focus on achieving balance and building a solid foundation for personal growth.

The clients that I am honored to support come to me facing challenges such as:

    • Anxiety, racing thoughts, worries, fears, and panic
    • Stress and burnout, feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands
    • Relationship difficulties, including marital issues and considerations of divorce

Through our work together, clients often report:

    • Feeling supported, heard, and valued
    • Reduced anxiety and worry, leading to increased peace and groundedness
    • Increase confidence in your ability to make the best decisions and choices at this stage in your life

My counseling approach is client centered emphasizing respect and collaboration. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which allows clients to explore and heal aspects of themselves that may have been difficult to address. I operate from a strengths place versus labeling or pathologizing the clients I am honored to work with.

IFS incorporates a variety of client centered methods that can include meditation, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices, tailored to your unique goals and needs.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward a more fulfilling life.
