Insurance and Fees
I now accept Aetna, Kaiser of Mid-Atlantic and Quest Behavioral Health insurances.
For clients with other insurance providers, I can provide a detailed “superbill” receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider before starting therapy to verify your out-of-network benefits.
Questions to ask your insurance provider:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health coverage?
- Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services?
- Is there a deductible? If so, what is the amount, and have I met it yet?
- Are there limits on the number of sessions per calendar year?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
Sliding Scale
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients facing financial challenges.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards except American Express.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session rate.
